Feeling the Heat in the Kitchen? – Something must be Cooking!
Thank you to all those who responded so positively to the Gaia channelling in Dragon’s Talk 44. I think the channelling gave out an energy of peace, love and calmness. Not sure what this Dragon’s Talk will give out!!!!!
In tuning in to the planetary energies, which of course includes the human species, I would say that we are doing pretty well considering. The heat in the kitchen is certainly building and sometimes it feels quite volcanic, but also exciting and mystical.
I found it hard to get started and write an article for Dragon’s Talk – oh for another channelling – so much easier! The reason it feels quite hard is because the planetary energy seems to be changing moment by moment. One moment it feels like we are all going quietly insane, at other times we feel quite philosophical and accepting, other times it feels like we are going, not so quietly, insane. Underlying it all there is a strange feeling of excitement.
I do think though that on the whole we are all doing pretty well and should give ourselves a huge pat on the back.
I have noticed that more and more people are ready to do some pretty swift and deep healing on themselves, sometimes spurred on by their relationships falling apart, or illness, or losing that contract or job. But I am finding that people seem to be in an attitude of gratitude no matter what is happening for them, more people are wanting to learn, to take some pretty deep steps to change their lives or the way they have done things in the past. I would say that the collective consciousness of this strange creature we call ‘man’ is changing, is evolving.
Obviously there are some that are fearful and this can make them act in strange and sometimes aggressive ways, but I feel on the whole we’re not doing so bad.
We are, at the moment, getting lots of help. Sometimes this is etheric help of one sort or another. This comes with much love, patience, good advice and sometimes with little challenges for us too. All is designed to make us feel calmer about the changes and more at peace with ourselves.
Sometimes the help comes from other humans around us. It doesn’t always feel like help, but as long as we judge it as ‘bad’ then we will not see the gift that is being presented to us. We are being challenged to change, challenged to consider the truth of who we are.
For many years now we have been told many things about who we are. We have been told that we are divine; that we are spirit; that we are masters of our own destiny; that we can create just what we want; that we are these beautiful beings of light. But how many of us really believe that, really believe it in our bodies, to the very core of our being. Our heads go oh yes, that’s true enough, but then we live our life not really conscious of that reality.
I believe that it starts with us accepting ourselves as human beings. Accepting that we are both the light and the shadow, that we are matter and spirit, that we are like a coin with both a head and on the other side - a tail. I think we can then begin to believe that we are also the light, also divine, also the creator.
What if we realise that we can choose? Imagine that you are presented with a problem (you don’t have to have an incredible imagination to imagine a problem!) What if you have a choice about how you deal with this problem. You can deal with it from your Head side or your Tail side of the same coin, which means we can deal with this problem in a healed way or a hurt way.
I truly do believe that we are taking an evolutionary step towards recognising ourselves as divine beings, part of a divine planet, a divine solar system, a divine universe. Everything seems to be pointing this out to us so we, deeply in our hearts, want to react in a way that’s more in line with this truth. We want to do everything in love, everything peacefully and without fear. If we don’t react in this energy then we hurt others and hurt ourselves.
If you find yourself reacting out of your fear and hurt, okay you know that you have presented yourself the opportunity to do some healing, so don’t beat yourself up, you are the Divine Human and you are part of this evolutionary step, part of what is happening on a whole planet, part of the collective consciousness that is remembering that there are two sides to one whole. It’s just that one side may be a little more evident than the other at times.
We are living in challenging times, but we have chosen to be here at this time because we know that we want to be part of this change in our collective consciousness. We really don’t want to miss this exciting time when we remember who we truly are.
We have always been Divine, always been part of the Divine Planet, but we have never before remembered it, changed our energy and the cellular structure of our body to contain this truth and to live it.
Just because we feel we have sometimes ‘got it wrong’. Just because we might have a physical illness. Just because we treated someone badly. Just because we can’t forgive. Just because we don’t feel gratitude. Just because we sometimes feel anything but Divine, just because, just because, just because – the truth is that whatever we believe about ourselves and whatever our judgements are, we cannot escape the truth – we are Human and Divine, matter and spirit, together as one.
All is changing. Our DNA is changing; our minds are changing and our hearts are opening.
I know that some people are feeling a little strange, seeing things out of the corner of their eyes that are not there, feeling aches and pains in the skeletal structure, light headedness, hot flushes, sleeplessness and lethargy. Do whatever you can to support your body. Whether it’s taking more frequent breaks; taking supplements; getting a massage; seeing friends; getting into nature, try to do what supports your body. It is trying to change and the heat is building (and I don’t mean global warming!). Things in the kitchen are being stirred up and cooking and we are in the midst of great changes globally, individually; physically; mentally and spiritually – so be easy on yourself and on others, for even if the other person does not seem to be on the same spiritual path as yourself, they are still feeling the heat in the kitchen – they are still going through the same transformation as you, be gentle with yourself and with others.
I hope the above has helped and I will sincerely try to take my own advice and be gentle on myself too. I am so glad that you are on this journey with me.

Gaia Speaks – Gaia channelled through Patricia in the Star Gardens, Johannesburg on Sunday 21st March 2010 (Equinox) As published in Dragon's Talk No. 44
Why are you here on this planet - why? You came because you heard my song and my song exploded your heart into a million pieces. You came to this planet to find the song - that’s all. You might think you came here to save the planet. No, you came to hear the song, all music is mine. Everything is song, every plant, every tree, every blade of grass. You can only hear my song with your heart because my connection with you is heart to heart.
You are part of the oneness, the same as I. One energy. One energy that is so vast that right now, in your human form, you cannot imagine its vastness. One energy. This energy is what some of you call God, some of you call the Essence or the Source and out of that one energy there came – creation. It was a spark that exploded because you wanted to know more. You realised that you could create, you could create with thought.
I was part of that energy and allowed myself to become matter, because one day you would want to play with matter. I waited for you and you came. At first you recognised me and we worked together. More came, more came with their ideas that this was the playground and they could play, but slowly you began to separate from me and your thoughts were no longer the same as mine, your hearts closed and then when you felt you had lost your soul, I also felt your despair. I felt your tears, your search for love, being so happy with so little love, counting yourselves lucky with so little love. I feel it all.
I have never forgotten who you are even though you did. Others always say to you, “Connect with earth, become part of earth.” They don’t even realise that I hold the memory of who you really are. I hold the song – the song of truth.
When you connect with me you can connect with deeper parts of yourself, deeper love, deeper knowledge, deeper understanding, deeper wisdom.
There are many mysteries and I know you are excited about discovering them. You wonder why you do not have instant enlightenment? You don’t want instant enlightenment because you are afraid to miss out on the mysteries. You don’t want it all in one go, you like to lick your ice cream not just put it all in your mouth in one go. You don’t get instant enlightenment but every moment of every day is an opportunity for enlightenment, an opportunity of deeper inner wisdom and knowledge through the heart. You do not know yet who you are, you have been told but it is hard to believe, the part of you that is human says –“Oh, but I am only human”, it is hard for you to believe, but I hold the truth, I hold who you are, I know.
Have you ever felt bliss? Have there been moments when you have felt bliss absolute pure love? And then you say, “But if I felt bliss all the time, I couldn’t work and I couldn’t earn money and I couldn’t look after my family because it would stop me from doing, so I cannot have bliss, except for a few brief moments.” You limit yourself. You honour the ancestors but do you honour the ancestor in you. You honour the spirits of the trees but do you honour the spirit of the tree in you for you are all these things. You are like a many faceted diamond and all these things are part of you - are you. I also am a part of you for I am part of that very same energy you came from.
Creation was birthed, it came into being. (What scientists call ‘The Big Bang’). You are part of that creation because you are the creator. What do you wish to create in your life, in your relationships, what are you creating?
I feel deeply the tears of separation for in each one of you there is a deep loneliness, a longing to be back with the creator. When you accept the creator you truly are, then there will be no more loneliness. You hold within you the stars, you hold within you the galaxies, you hold within you the creators’ light. It is only because you have learnt to only see through your human eyes. Learn to see from the eyes of your heart, the eyes of your spirit, there will be no more loneliness, there will be completion. You will hear the song and you will be complete. Listen with your heart.
Look at all humanity through the eyes of your heart, for the others are as lost as you, as lonely as you are. They might show it in different ways but they are as lonely as you are. Happy to have just a little tiny bit of love and thinking that it is so much. They don’t know either how much love there is for them, for all are precious to me. There is only love.
I am going home, I am going home. You can come with me or you can leave. Many people are leaving. You can come with me - what a journey it is. I think you would describe it as a ‘roller coaster’. You are trying to raise the frequency of the cellular structure of your body but your body does not understand what you are doing. Your body gets scared and when it gets scared it can sometimes get ill or lose its energy or you can feel depressed. Your body is scared because it does not want to go home. It believes that home is a place that is all spirit and no body. The body believes that in order to go home it must die first. What your body doesn’t realise is that we are creating a new planetary energy where we can actually have high frequency matter and in that energy your body will be able to bi-locate, and do all sorts of things that are held in the realms of your imagination as science fiction.
So we have to go slowly for your body. A bit at a time and even as slowly as it might be, you still feel it as going too fast. The wheel has been set in motion and we cannot slow it down, it will actually get faster and faster. So do as much as you can to make your body feel more comfortable. Take your body into your garden as often as possible, if you do not have a garden create for yourself a little vortex of energy you can sit in, put some crystals in a circle and sit within the crystal circle so your body gets acclimatised to the new energy. Rose quartz and angel crystal are especially good for this. Create your own space where your body can acclimatise to the ever rising frequency of energy.
Have you noticed that you are becoming more psychic? That you are more empathic? That you are seeing more, hearing more? All humanity is experiencing this, it is just that you are more conscious of it. Humanity is going to need your help because otherwise they will think they are going mad. They need to know that they are not going mad, they need to know that it is part of their evolutionary change.
Keep in contact with me, even when in a city, for that too is me. Try not to separate nature/city, Gaia/man-made, because it is all Gaia*. The city is built with Gaia, it is Gaia. Gaia exits everywhere in matter and in spirit. Gaia is the concrete and the tar. You are not separate from me either spiritually or physically for we are all created from the same energy and the same components of matter. The builders who build your city are also Gaia. When you connect with another human being, you are connecting with Gaia. When you are treat another human being badly, you are treating Gaia badly.
Do not forget that it is all energy. Some energy pollutes the planet - the energy of fear, guilt, and judgement. These energies pollute. The energy of love cleanses the planet. If you can love the city then you are clearing the pollution, when you judge the city, then you are adding to the pollution.
We are all on an incredible journey. No wonder you sometimes feel so stressed - not getting the chance to unpack your suitcase before the journey continues. What you are today you will not be tomorrow and what you are tomorrow you will not be the next day, so don’t get used to any idea too firmly.
We honour those who listen to their hearts. Do whatever touches your heart. If you just want to sit and be ‘in love’, that is worth as much as any ‘doing’. You do not have to ‘do’ anything but if your heart wants you to sing, then sing. Be the expression of your heart. Let everything you do and everything you say be an expression of your heart.
The city is an expression of my heart just as the trees and flowers are. For all is love. Let your light shine, let it shine in everything you do. You do not have to do more, you do not have to know more, just be who you are.
It is time for the wisdom of women to be noticed and listened to, to bring a balance – not to take over – to bring a balance so that when a new city is built, there is a heart in that city. Women’s wisdom can create this, create the heart in a city. You disconnected yourself from me, from the Great Mother and from your own feminine wisdom and then logic prevailed. You are only now opening up to your intuition, but still it has a fight with logic. It feels that it cannot be real unless it is logical. What if you built a civilisation based on tuition, based on feminine knowledge and wisdom. It is time. Even if you do not believe that you yourself have this knowledge and wisdom. You have used it so far just to survive. Use it to do what is in your heart to do, to be who you truly are.
When you look at me you see stones, trees, land, the ocean. This is what you see when you look at your own body - physical manifestation. But we are more than this, much, much more. We have many different dimensional bodies. It is time to begin to look at those other dimensional bodies and to bring your knowledge and awareness into matter. Matter is only clay and you are the potters. Sometimes you have to break the rules, sometimes you have to go outside what is logical and what is normal – do it, because if your heart is telling you to, then you will have all the support you need.
Love is the greatest power there is. Love does not weaken you, it strengthens you. Love keeps you open in spite of judgements, love keeps you moving forward in spite of obstacles. Let there be love. You are not just light workers, you are love workers. Come together in groups in order to share and support each other to open your heart to each other - it will help you to remember love when in traffic to remember love when dealing with your ex partner or when in a storm. Support each other to enable your hearts to open and to keep them open.
